I’m Juan Carlos, a Senior ML Engineer at Marvik. Previously, I worked at DeepLearning.AI, SketchPro, and Snappr.

My main focus is applied machine learning, generative AI, and research-to-production systems: taking model experiments, prototypes, and research ideas into real workflows.

Before working in AI, I studied music. I was drawn into machine learning after seeing machines do creative work: composing, generating images, transforming media, and opening new ways to build tools for people.
